What can I Donate?

We’ll accept Books, CDs, DVDs and Games with a combined minimum value of £5. From there, there’s no limit to how much you can donate.

All you need to do is enter the items ISBN or scan the barcode, and we’ll let you know how much it could be worth to your chosen charity!

We also need to make sure that the products you’re donating can be resold, so there may be an occasion when we reject the title. But you never know until you punch in the ISBN or scan the code!

How do I Send my Items?

We can collect your donations from you for FREE with our DPD contact-free collection service if your trade weighs 5KG or more. That might sound like a lot, but it’s only about the weight of 15 paperback books. You’ll be surprised how quickly you’ll reach it!

If you’re donating a little less, don’t worry. You can send your books for free using our Collect + service. There are over 5000 stores offering Collect + around the UK. The chances are there’s one within a mile of your house.

How do I find my chosen charity?

Select ‘donate’ at checkout and you’ll be able to search for the charity you’d like to support.

Because we’re working in partnership with Virgin Money Giving, your chosen charity must be registered with them in order to appear. There are over 15,000 charities registered with Virgin Money Giving – each and every one will be so grateful for your donation!
