Need to reschedule your DPD collection?

Sometimes your plans have to change and we understand that - you can reschedule your DPD collection date or change the pick up location up until the day before DPD are due to collect your items

You should have received a text or email confirming your DPD collection date with a link to their website where you can change the details about your collection. Check out our step-by-step guide below to find out how you can change this to a weekday that’s better for you.

Unfortunately, if DPD have attempted a collection, you can’t reschedule using the below process. Please get in touch with our customer support team who will rebook this for you – you can do this by using the Contact Us page.

Once you’ve received a text or email from DPD confirming your collection, click “Show my options” in the email or the link in the text message from “DPD group UK”.
If you click the link in the text message, you’ll be taken to a page that looks similar to the above with information about your collection.
Click the white + in the blue box and you should see some more options including “Change collection”. If you’ve clicked from the email, you won’t need to carry out this step.
When you click “change collection”, you have the option to change the collection date, location or even have the option to cancel the collection – please note, youcan’t schedule a new collection if you do cancel and will need to contact our customer support team to rebook.
If you click ‘Change collection date’, you will have the option to select a date after your original collection date – please note that only Mon-Fri dates are offered and this does not include bank holidays.
Once you have submitted your new date, you will see a confirmation screen and receive a text message (to the number you provided during your Ziffit trade) confirming the new date.
