All that we ask is that your textbooks are in readable condition and that you have more than ten items or are making a trade worth over £5.00.

We offer the highest prices, and you don’t even have to pay to post your items to us. In fact, we go one step further and can even arrange for a courier service to pick up your stuff if you’ve got lots to sell, or you can simply head to your nearest Collect+ store, and they’ll get your items to us at no cost whatsoever to you.

What is an acceptable condition for textbooks?

Textbooks aren’t meant to be kept in perfect condition. It’s pretty hard to concentrate on learning if you are worrying about creasing the cover or getting the odd chocolate covered thumbprint on a page from time to time. However, it is important to be aware that we will give your textbooks a once-over when they arrive at Ziffit HQ. 

If the condition is really poor, we won’t be able to accept them, and we aren’t able to return books that are sent to us in an unacceptable state, so it’s always best to bear this in mind and be honest about the condition of the book before you send it in.

We are not able to accept books with the following damage:

• Water damage
• Missing pages
• Excessive annotations
• Ripped or damaged cover/spine

Well-thumbed with the occasional highlighted line is absolutely fine.
